Shipping
All our pieces are handmade and shipped from our studio in Barcelona.
Where we ship
We ship to Spain, the European Union and the United States.
Preparation time
Orders are prepared within 2–10 working days. Made-to-order or custom pieces have their own production time, which we confirm with you by email before starting.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Spain: 4–8 working days
- European Union: 6–14 working days
- United States: 10–20 working days
Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
Customs (United States)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
