Returns and refunds
We want you to love your piece. If it is not right for you, you can return it.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving any reason. To start a return, email us at maxilloydstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Conditions
- The piece must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Exceptions
Made-to-order and personalised pieces (custom sizes, finishes or designs made to your request) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the piece, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Damaged or faulty pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
